Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At NexAPI, we want you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains your rights regarding refunds for prepaid credits and subscription plans purchased through our platform.

2. Pay-As-You-Go Credits

For our Pay-As-You-Go plan, you purchase prepaid credits that are consumed based on your API usage.

  • Unused credits are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been consumed by API usage.
  • Partially used credits may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion, at our discretion.
  • Refunds are processed in USD to the original payment method where possible.

3. Subscription Plans

For monthly prepaid plans (Developer plan):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds for the current billing period are available within 7 days of the charge if significant usage has not occurred.
  • After 7 days, subscription charges are non-refundable for the current period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@nex-api.tech with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date and amount of the purchase
  • The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Service Quality Guarantee

If you experience significant service degradation (more than 1% error rate over a 24-hour period attributable to NexAPI), you may be eligible for service credits or a partial refund. Please contact support with evidence of the issue.

6. Free Credits

Free promotional credits (including the $1 new user credit) are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are provided solely for evaluation purposes.

7. Account Termination

If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, any remaining prepaid balance or unused subscription period is non-refundable.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we will work to resolve any billing concerns promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
